Biscoff Salted Caramel Apple Cider Floats

INGREDIENTS:

-6 scoops Biscoff Salted Caramel Ice Cream

-3 cups cold Sparkling Apple Cider

-1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon

-1 Tbsp Caramel sauce

-2 Cinnamon sticks for garnish

-Apple slices for garnish

-Biscoff Cookies for garnish

 [Makes 2 floats]

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add 3 scoops of Biscoff Salted Caramel Ice Cream into a glass. Pour 1 ½ cups Sparkling apple cider over the top. Drizzle with ½ Tbsp caramel sauce and sprinkle 1/8 tsp of Cinnamon on top. Garnish with apple slice, a cinnamon stick and a Biscoff cookie. Repeat steps in a second glass and enjoy!
