Nut Butter Hummus

HUMMUS INGREDIENTS:

30 oz Garbanzo Beans

1/3 cup Nutista Nut Job

3 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil

 ⅓ cup Lemon Juice

 ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt

2 Garlic Cloves

2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Pepper

1 ½ Tbsp Peanuts, Chopped

1 ½ Tbsp Almonds, Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans. In a food processor or high powered blender, mix the Garbanzo Beans, Nutista Nut Job, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Green Yogurt, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Pepper and 1 ½ tsp of the Paprika. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, gradually add more Olive Oil. Scoop into a serving dish. For a topping, mix the chopped peanuts and almonds with a dash of olive oil and the other ½ tsp of Paprika. Sprinkle mixture on top of the hummus. Dip with your favorite veggies or pita bead and enjoy!
